1.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling: We understand that plans may change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

2. Service Charges and Payments

2.1 Service Prices: Prices for services are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of booking.

2.2 Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and cash. Payment is due upon completion of the service.

3. Gift Cards

3.1 Gift Card Redemption: Gift cards issued by Rem & Nes are redeemable for services only and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

4. Salon Policies

4.1 Arrival Time: Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure the full service is provided. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment time.

4.2 Children: For safety reasons and to maintain a relaxing atmosphere, we request that clients do not bring children under the age of 12 to the salon unless they are receiving services.

5.1 Lost Items: Rem & Nes is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings. Please keep track of your belongings during your visit.
